The rate of unemployed youth in my community has grown from 38% in 2015 to a shocking 46% in 2017. There are no programmes for unemployed youth to equip them with skills they need to develop and grow to better their lives and that of their families. We recruit young people to pioneer the Ready to Work programme for 3 months and hopefully find placements for them after they completed the training.
