Updates for our patient , now he was transferred to ICU because while performing the endoscopy yesterday they have seen blood, according to the doctor it is from his ulcer so the doctor decided not to continue the procedure to avoid further problem that affects the patient's status. The patient was transfuse a bag of blood that night in the ICU because his hemoglobin is low then this morning we knew that the transfusion of blood reacted to his body, he felt itching but they give him antidote for that. As of now we are waiting for another advise of the doctor for today's status/ check up..
