Pietermaritzburg is the Capital City of KZN and everyone thinks that if they come here they will have better opportunities and that results in over crowning of the city. it also means that the number of people living on the streets is increasing. so of them make it through car guard jobs and some collect cudboards, plastic and can just to have something to eat.
