Diabetes is one of the leading causes of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)

Zee has Chronic Kidney Disease, Stage 4 and will need to undergo Kidney Transplant Surgery. She has Type 1 Diabetes since she was 12 years old which caused her to have several complications. She also has a permamnent eye damange called Diabetes Retinopathy.
