Quick Lunch!

Hi! Lunch is in a few hours!

When I'm in a hurry, I weigh my pasta (150g), pour on tomato sauce (low sodium at 90g), and portion a more or less 30g chicken (minus the skin and bones.) . That's it! Complete meal with carbs, vegetables and protein!
How about you? What's for lunch today?
