Food Updates:
Just for you to know. Zee needs a consistent Daily Diet of 1600 Kcal. Maximum of 44gms Protein and limited only to 1.5 litres of water every day. Also, very limited Salt Intake Maximum of 4000mg. (This is similar to only putting 1 Tsp of Salt)
This is prepared daily by me and her as well. To give you an idea of what it looks like please see her breakfast menu
Pasta 150gms (Boiled in Water with No Salt)
Boiled Chicken 35gms only. Very Limited Salt (Match Box Size)
50 Gms of Vegetables Uncooked (Salad limited to 1-2 Tbsps of Dressing) or 90gms Cooked Veggies (Boiled)
Fruit Limited portion. 1 Slice of Melon 100Gms or 1 Slice of Apple 45gms.
And That is just for Breakfast.
