The City Council considered our request for a small amount of emergency funds to keep us from losing the few things we have left after the flood which the City is responsible for destroyed a lifetime of inventory and belongings. Saving things like our home and our health which are in danger. We plead for some short term help to be repaid from insurance proceeds. The decision: NO HELP-WE HAVE RULES TO FOLLOW. TAKE A HIKE!!!
