I went to visit Ma'am Pinos-an at the hospital today, January 22, and the Shunt insertion was successful. She is now on her way to recovery. The next step, which is the removal of the tumor may happen after a month.

According to her clinical abstract, the diagnosis is:

Obstructive Hydrocephalus Secondary to cerebellopontine angle tumor probably meningioma, Left parasagittal tumor probably meningioma. She may be discharged tomorrow.
