Baby was discharged in hospital last tuesday (jan 16,2018). After 3 days at home, he was admitted again in the hospital due to difficulty of breathing. He has ongoing pneumonia. His weight also decreased from 1.78 kgs to 1.65 kgs. His body temperature also drop. He did not like to feed and he was not pooping for 4 days. He has posterior soft cleft palate so he is using obturator or a barrier inside the mouth to obstruct the milk to go inside the nasal cavities/nose and to his lungs.

He is currently under warmer to regulate his temperature. He is also hooked to oxygen, iv fluids and oral tube. He will undergo ECG and ultrasound of the heart, blood tests and dental procedures.
