Mom has been discharged from the hospital as of 3pm today!!! They finally got her affib under control last night at about 9:30pm. There’s still a long road ahead of us but we are just in awe of the love and support everyone has showed my mom and family through this time. Please continue your prayers. The hardest part is over. Now we figure out how to prevent a reoccurring stroke. They did start her on a blood thinner which should decrease the chances. We are going to be able to fly home on Saturday and get Mom transitioned back to her day to day activities.
