Financial Assistance for my dialysis treatment

Update posted by Angelo Jose Gibe

Hi to everyone. Hope all is well and good. I'm Angelo Jose Gibe, 49 years, from Victorias City, Philippines. I'm currently undergoing twice a week dialysis treatment since Jan. 30, 2016 due to chronic kidney disease 5. Aside from being diabetic, I was also diagnosed with right eye glaucoma. Unfortunately when I got ill I have to quit my job as a salesman thus severing my financial obligations to my family specially the education of my three children. I have a daughter and a son, ages 22 and 20, who have to stop college education and started to look for work in order to make ends meet. I still have my eight year old with us and is diagnosed with mild autism spectrum intellectual disorder. Since the 3rd month of my treatment I was relying only on my ample disability pension that I got from our Social Security System and Philhealth coverage of ninety (90) sessions per year. The pension, unfortinately can't sustain my monthly medical expenses i.e. maintenance medicines, labtests, and injections aside from my daily miscellaneous/personal & family expenses. The 90 sessions have already been exhausted last Nov.6, 2016 and I'm currently paying a PhP 4,000.00 (USD 80.00) per treatment/session which includes injectables. Often times I have to skip treatment schedules once every week or the whole week due to lack of funds for the treatment. I am seeking the help of anyone kind enough to donate whatever amount they can to help me and my special child to move on with the challenges that we are experiencing. Thank you very much. God bless you.
