John has made tremendous progress at the Spinal Unit in Salisbury and is looking forward to the next part of his journey when he moves to Sandhurst near Gloucester with Lou at the beginning of March. He will continue with regular physiotherapy rehabilitation sessions and is so looking forward to being in a home environment again where he will benefit from sleeping and eating well.

John is really excited about cooking for friends and family, playing his guitar, swimming and perhaps getting a dog - all these simple pleasures in life that so many of us take for granted.

John is eager to learn new skills which he hopes will ultimately enable him to embark on a new profession in life.
