On April 27, 2018, the court should issue a ruling on the pleadings, which go into great depth laying out the argument that the First Amendment applies in this case and should protect the free political speech of not just Richard Colwell, but everyone who speaks truth to power and opposes the reprehensible actions of elected persons and especially the reprehensible actions of the nefarious David Robert Gellatly.
