Miss Snickers is slowly losing weight towards her surgery goal, slow and steady. She has started her Hypothyroid regulation treatment and will be on it continuing for a month, and then we will re-check levels. She's not a fan of her daily medicated shampoo soaks, but her skin is improving. Our dream goal is that she will have lost enough weight and her Thyroid levels will be regulated enough that she will then be a candidate for surgery.

It's going to be a long couple of weeks, but positive thoughts and a determined Medical/Foster team will make a reality of a happy ever after for her!
