Miss Snickers is currently at Animal Hospital of Regency Park in New Port Richey, FL 7741 Congress Street New Port Richey, FL 34653 (727)848-6247 and we have devastating news.

The mass that was found on Miss Snickers is Mast Cell Cancer. Miss Snickers has cancer :( However there may be light at the end of the tunnel for this beautiful girl. So far there has only been one mass found on her, which means if we can do physical therapy and get Snickers to lose a good amount of weight and become a little more healthy she may be a candidate for tumor removal. It is a race against time to save Miss Snickers.

She is now on multiple drugs to help with her Mast Cell along with her Thyroid, and Urinary drugs she is already taking. She has a severe chronic yeast infection she is taking daily medication, and daily medicated baths to soothe her skin and during these soaks she is getting Hydro-Therapy to help with her weight loss.

Miss Snickers was so loved by her Mother, and this is simply a case of a Senior Mother who didn't know the condition her beloved pet was in due to her own condition being grave. We need to come together to help Miss Snickers race against the clock to become healthy. We owe this chance of life not only to Miss Snickers but to her Mother who is also currently in assisted living care due to her condition.

Sadly, due to Snickers condition, weight and where the tumor is surgery although possible (and we will make this happen! We have to, we can do this with your help!) is costly. We have had to up her Fund to $1500 for her pre-surgical, surgery and post-surgical care. This is also including her Blood-Curves to monitor her thyroid levels pre-during and post surgery, and also including the medications pre-post surgery as well.

Miss Snickers has already been through so much. Losing her mom, countless tests on her blood and urine. Ultrasounds, daily medications and baths. She deserves to have this cancer taken away and become a maintained happy healthy girl who may be able to find a very forever home of her own one day, but we need your help to get here there!
