Update posted by Rowena NavoaTo our deeper regrets Tatay Romeo has passed away right after we made this fund raising. THe hospital won't release death certificates until all the debts are paid. That means NO death certificate NO funeral. The Navoa family can't grieve properly for they have to worry on how to release their dad's body to eternal peace.
