Hey everyone, been a hectic few weeks as we push for success. We picked up more catering and event service gigs, added a couple of restaurants who are now using our artisanal hamburger buns, and signed express deal contracts with UberEATS and EatsOn all while maintaining our 5 star FB rating.

We used money from the campaign and reinvested some of our earnings in order to update the second room in order to open the restaurant and use all the space to generate money instead of having it sitting idle.

All the events have been good tests to ensure we are able to deal with higher volumes when necessary. For example in the past two weeks we pushed out 70 hot individual strombolis all at once for a same day express service delivery, a 35 people sunday vegan brunch for a baby shower and received a 5 star rating for 18 people private lunch in our new restaurant salon that we started converting just 2 days earlier. All this while maintaining our regular services and adding additional clients for the distribution side of the bakery.
