Neuter Clinic Update

Despite of not completing our fundraising campaign, we are still continuing the construction of our neuter clinic. We are thankful for the contractors for providing us a good terms in payment.

Thank you also to those who keeps supporting this project, we are very close to opening the clinic to everyone.
