#1 Duathlon Cycling & Running Training
Update posted by Kaiden TengThis is my first attempt of cycling training with a gearless bicycle 'obike'. It's killing me by riding this little 'Rhino' as heavy as 15.5kg.
I took a decent start from Bedok South all the way to Garden By The Bay East area and make a turning back. The duration is long and it's inefficient for my overall training.
Time: 1 hour 14 minutes
Distance : 21.3km.
Right after my cycling training, i continue with a short distance running.
Time : 28 minutes
Distance : 4.9km
Overall, it's my very first duathlon training. I hope there will be a better bike for my training and the coming competition.
