So Monday was an official rest day in the training plan seeings as I'd done a hilly 15kms on the Sunday and well then Tuesday was crazy busy with normal consults and surgeries plus the Witsand vaccination clinic and then back for more surgery at the clinic so the sun had long left the sky by the time I got home. And yesterday, well yesterday I was full of good intentions and somehow they didn't materialise and then today disappeared in a blur of consults, surgeries and last minute shopping for a headlamp for running the Phantom Forest 12km on saturday night and stocking up on Gu and then packing bags for Knysna. We leave early tomorrow morning for Brenton-On-Sea, must must must fit in an easy 5km before sunset tomorrow. Have added a few photos from the Witsand afternoon to the main page, what a truly rewarding afternoon. We have a date with Yvonna and the dogs of Witsand next Tuesday.
