Getting back out there

Following my Sports Day injury, I had to take a few weeks off and have been VERY slowly getting my thigh used to running again. I started with just 5 minutes and have been building up 5 minutes extra each time. Today I ran for 30 minutes with this beautiful pitstop half way. Still plenty of time before the marathon in April but only two months before the half marathon in Windsor - let's hope my thigh holds out!
