The venues are booked...

Yep, the ceremony venue is known as The Abbey, just along Preston Road opposite The Bell Inn. Now a business centre it has never been an Abbey, just an ancient farm with some lovely old buildings, once the home of the Bartlett group, who built a good proportion of Yeovil and the surrounding area.

The reception and evening venue is also booked too; Johnson Park home of the Yeovil Sports and Social Club and named after Stanley Johnson, a local benefactor who donated the land to the community for sports purposes in 1948

We returned to our favourite local jeweller, Clement White (where I bought Sharon's lovely engagement ring too) and we both have lovely wedding rings
