If you are not on the "Nextdoor.com" website for Green Township, you may not be aware that Ambrosia communicated its decision to withdraw its application for a variance. But the letter also indicated that they were not withdrawing any right to reapply and, in effect, pick up where they left off. Our lawyer, Jim Fox, indicated that there are efforts in Trenton to look at changes to land use law in the state that might make it easier for companies like Ambrosia to site treatment centers in the state.

So, while we obviously quite pleased, we are not ready to consider this "case closed" quite yet. We will keep you posted as we take some time to figure out what we do next. Paying attention to Trenton seems to be the next task at hand.
