Good evening! We hope this finds you well.

Yesterday, we visited Lucky after being monitored and observed in the clinic for the last two days after his operation. His recovery has been riddled with ups and downs: his post-amputation wounds continue to heal slowly, however, he has been getting muscle spasms frequently, there's still some bleeding on his one leg, and he remains being fed via IV. As much as we've hoped for Lucky to have a speedy recovery after his surgery, it seems like Lucky isn't out of the woods yet. Currently, he is still under observation in the vet clinic and being given intensive care in order for him to recover properly. We remain hopeful that Lucky's condition will continue to improve over time, and that his fighter of a character would help him be strong as he recovers.

Through your help, we were able to get Lucky's amputation completed! Thank you for making it all possible! As Lucky remains with the vet in order to completely recover, we would like to continue with Lucky's GoGetFunding campaign in an effort to meet the additional expenses his recovery will entail. For this, we'll probably start another GoGetFunding page to invite more backers and donations, and use what we'll get there to cover Lucky's medicine, IV/food, and his boarding expenses in the clinic. And as always, we'll keep you updated.
