People of Androy = Tandroy

Salama('Hello' in Malagasy) to all you who have given and blessed me for this Media Trek I'm on!

I'm here in the south of Madagascar, region of Androy, a place where cactus grow as fences, where drought and dusty meets.

As I'm typing this, I do not have any network to be sending this message.(When you received this I would already be back in Antananarivo, main city in Madagascar.)

We got here by a mini-bus, 5hrs+ of grueling, bumpy & rough roads.

I cannot imagine how it would be if I would have to stay here for another week. Utter respect & admiration to the 2 women missionaries here whom have work the grounds faithfully and unconditionally. A heart that just wants to answer to God's call, to love and serve the people here.

We are covering 3 stories here:-

1. Perla (Women's ministry)

2. Villages Ministries

3. Culture (Aspect of a Missionary life)

It hasn't been easy as poverty and filth are a norm here. Hard to comprehend how scarce water is with the dirt and dust that fills the air, I just want to wash up but every time and I have to rethink how I can use less water. Culture is also something to deal with, women are not valued here, and yet we see these 2 women laying their lives down here.

I'm struggling to see God's hand at work, but I know God is still in control. I can only be thankful and grateful for all that He has done so far.

I really want to see God's glory revealed so evidently that people here will know that it is Him and Him alone that can make this possible. May the videos we produce be able to magnify His glory, impact and inspire more people.

Pray for us but more so for Madagascar.
