The Crown Prosecution Service have unsurprisingly attempted to whitewash and deflect serious complaints made on Mark's behalf, first by using a person we were complaining about and then by a person linked to the British Transport Police.

We will now seek to address this cronyism in court, because quite patently, Mark's prosuection could not have proceeded without his arrest; an arrest that the British Transport Police have admitted should never have happened in their out of court settlement.
