Using a determined and uncompromising position that this company is renowned for, it has now been agreed that officers from another part of the country will be investigating the perverting the course of justice allegations made (and basis for successful IPCC complaint); in other words officers who know nothing about the case and can approach it more objectively. The CPS are already implicated in this attempted miscarriage of justice, and appear to be afraid, as well they should be.
