I am not against with my government by catching stray dogs to ensure public safety, what I was just trying to do is at least do something instead killing them.

What if we ask for help to conduct massive campaign like vaccine the dogs for anti rabies and neuter to control their population. Provide a shelter where we can put all of them and rehabilitate to make them more sociable and look for a loving family that can adopt them and most impotantly is to implement the penalty those who violate the law with animal cruelty. We also need to educate people on how they can take care of their furbabies.

Having many dogs is NOT enough for you to be called DOG LOVER you need to know your responsibilities as a furparent before getting one and later on surender the dog in pound. Dogs are not ornament that you will leash them outside rain or shine without water and not bring them to vet when they are sick or put them in a cage forever as a prisoner.

My heart is bleeding thinking there's another set of dogs will be put down soon. Stray dogs doesn't mean they don't deserve to live. Some captured dogs has family that loves them so much.Look at their eyes... if they can only speak. They will beg for their lives. You just have to teach and give them time so that they can understand us and let them feel the word we called LOVE!
