A stray-free Philippines. This is our dream.

We are still very far from accomplishing this, but you can be with us as we pursue this goal. All of them deserves a home but since they are continuously multiplying on the streets, it will be impossible for all of them to have a family. The animal shelters are overpopulated and rescue centers are running out of resources. Everyday some of them are dying due to starvation, getting hit and run by vehicles, suffering diseases or experiencing abuse, yet there is no absolute program that controls animal population in the country. This is where we want to make a change.

Philippine Pet Birth Control Center wants to give neutering services at the lowest cost for pet owners and free for all indigents. We are also planning to do massive Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return programs for all the stray dogs and cats. Through neutering and spreading information about responsible pet ownership, we hope to end the animal overpopulation that leads to cruelty, abuse & neglect.
