Hello, I am a single female and this house that I have an opportunity to purchase needs some repairs such as the garage will not open. The patio roof is rotten and needs to be replace. I would be very thankful and greatful for all who can and would provide me with this the funding to complete these projects. I am believing for a few good people to be kind enough to help me by giving at a level that they can start with a sown seed of $10- $30-$60-or $100 or to start. I understand that everyone who reads and views this need wants to feel comfortable helping me reach my goal.
