This very brief communication comes as a request to be assisted in a manner which demands much attention. Dennis Burnett is currently incarcerated at a federal facility serving a sentence of 25 years - as a first time felony offender - based on a conviction which is the product of fraud. Out purpose for sending this missive is twofold:

1. We are seeking any/all types of critique or opinions concerning the facts pertaining to how Mr. Burnett was Indicted; and

2. Most importantly, we need assistance exposing this fraud to the public to deter it from happening to someone else. Mr. Burnett's dilemma is that he is severely limited - on all levels - being incarcerated and proceeding Pro Se. He has limited access to cases, information, and constructive legal arguments pertaining to the fraudulent manner in which he was indicted and convicted.
