A great day to the start of this defence against this ridiculous case. The search for the right law firm is underway and I hope to appoint in the next few days.

The BTP took away many items that couldn't be associated with the investigation, such as a watch, a coat, kids Ipods etc. They promised to return some of the kids items the next day, but clearly they have no intention to do so. The kids are gutted and feel persecuted themselves by the Police, well done BTP. You wonder why some kids hate the police and now I have been through this and seen what you do to kids to get at a parent I can understand.

The police still haven't provided a list of the items the have seized.
