Although we catch ourselves hopeless at times, especially with the recent happenings, we thank God that He used people to remind us that He is still in control.

After the doctors discovered that Sky had a high level of infection causing her heart rate and oxygen level to drop, it's still a miracle that Sky was able to recover and that it left no adverse effect on her heart, lungs and brain. She is still alive, fighting, wanting to be with her momma and daddy.

Miracles do happen everyday. I know it was God who protected her in the midst of that life threatening situation.

Soon, her ventilator and tubes will be removed and she'll be fed with mommy's freshly expressed milk again.
