Shay is almost 14years old . Her and her twin sister were born when i was only 6 months pregnant. They weighed a tiny 660 and 670 grams ..Shay suffered a brain bleed at three days old resulting in severe spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy she is also deaf and vision impaired . Her twin is fine no problem at all. But shay is very severe and it has a profound effect on her , she is mostly in her wheelchair as she cannot sit unassisted , her hand function is limited with no functional movement so unable to hold anything.

But in saying that she is very happy. We desire to keep her happy and make the rest of her life as best as possible.

We desperately need help to purchase a vehicle to transport her in so we can go out as a family. Please support us.
