As of January 1, our business name will officially have an LLC after it!

The last couple months saw slower progress for the business, because we added a baby pirate to the family. Between sleepless nights, C section recovery, and adjusting to a family that now has five kids (FIVE kids?? yes, five kids) ;) the business plans had to be put temporarily on hold. But we're back up and running now! Which is good, because while our fans took pity on us during October and November and gave us a brief reprieve on the number of jars we had to ship out, it's quite clear they're out of salsa and done waiting around. We've already shipped out 12 jars this month. And yes, this is only the 5th of the month. I won't be a bit surprised if we break our September sales of 66 jars in one month.

Here's hoping we can arrange that first consultation with the co-packer in January! Our little kitchen can't hold us much longer. Such a lovely problem. :)
