we are moving in same town, into a cheaper by 100 mobile home with a bit of land, the owner said we can put our own trailer on the land (if n when we have one) to work on. So looks like that is what we will be doing for the next 2 years. We will need , a trailer (any kind), wood, aplinces, you name it, wont have much funds to work with but all we can do is try.
