I am a 20 year old girl who passed matric but couldn't afford to go to varsity or college due to financial problems.

I then came across a situation at a university near me,where students don't have enough accommodation. They have to travel for to go home resulting in some of them getting mugged,killed and sometimes raped

I took it upon myself to write a business plan to build accommodation for them and get regular transportation. I need fnding ASAP.
