I so happy to say that thanks to all of the wonderful people who have kindly donated money I have been able to book my flights to New York so it's official - I'm going!! Thank you so much for your generosity, I was able to save some extra money this month and so have been able to cover my flights my much quicker than I thought. I still need to save a little more to cover hotel and living expenses but I've been able to bring down my total which is awesome! Thanks so much to those who have helped, I am really excited and now starting to get rather nervous about writing the actual presentation! I've started work on my research but have really only discovered how much hard work I still have to do! If anyone is able to add to my total and help me with the extra expenses I would be so grateful, and thank you a million to those of you who have already sent money and lovely messages. New York here I come!
