I am overwhelmed! In this last week and half another $1350 has been raised and I’m at the halfway point in fundraising!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH to all who have supported me so far both financially and through prayer. I have been brought to tears with the Lord’s gracious provision. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Please continue to share with any one who might be interested in supporting me and Japanese ministry. Also, those who haven't please prayerfully consider supporting, any contribution is appreciated!!

On another note, this weekend was the Culture Fair at Moody on Sunday as well as Pneuma on Saturday (which is the Japanese ministry I help lead in Chicago). Over 30 Japanese came to Pneuma and many of them have never even heard about Christ. I was very nervous at first, because this month I was asked to lead the Bible study. I gave a message about who Jesus is. There was a lot of good discussion. Through Pneuma I have been learning a lot more about ministry to Japanese and been challenged to think how to present the gospel in their context.

At the culture fair, I dressed up in yukata with friends and we served udon and soba noodles (pictures below). So many from Pneuma came out to support too. So much good food from all around the world, wonderful time with friends! Very full weekend, but so encouraged to see I have reached halfway point and also so encouraged during the time at Pneuma!

The Lord is at work here in Chicago where I live, and I love that even now as I prepare for Japan this summer, I can continue to take part in His ministry here to the Japanese people.
