if as a South African you are struggling with linking your Bank account to your PayPal account then what you do is you click 'add credit card' and add your bank card details as if it where a credIt card. That will link your bank aCciunt to PayPal and allow you to make transfers from your account into the campaign account or whatever online place you are 'shopping'
