As you all know Sarah has been busy with her fight with cancer. The chemotherapy treatment she is receiving is hard on her mind and body with every side effect possible from anxiety, depression, nausea, vomiting, headaches, body pains, extreme fatigue, hair loss and weight loss.

We are all so proud of her. She has been such a strong fighter and is busy winning the fight with a massive reduction on the cancer growth on her chest and almost no sign of the cells on her neck and under her arm.

This however does come at a cost as the medical bills keep adding up as her medical aid does not want to cover the treatment as they say it was a pre-existing condition and the South African Government does not compensate cancer patients and they are billed per treatment.

I want to thank everyone who has reached out to Sarah and is helping assist her with this financial burden. This has helped a lot with some of the extra bills and medication bills she has received.

However I want to ask each of you, friends, family and the old fellow we all know from down the street whom can assist to please look deep in your wallets and see how you can help our beautiful Sarah to be herself again without the financial constraint of all the medical bills.
