Unfortunatly Emma went into hospital early this morning she was seen by doctors and was told she was not well enough to go back home and she had to go straight into a hospice to make her comfortable and manage her pain until that time comes where she has to leave this life and join her beautiful girls, Emma has now a hole in her bowel wall that cannot be worked on as she is far too poorly.. Emma is settled into the hospice and has had family around her all day and has her mum and aunt staying overnight comforting her and being there for her.. i am continuing the fundraising for her children as emma will not be able to leave the hospice.. and also want to continue fundraising for the hospice taking care of our strong, beautiful Emma.. thank you for your donations so far.. if every who comes across emma's fund page please donate even just £1 it will eventually add up and will not only help emma's children, the hospice will benefit in order to continue to keep giving people like our em the best care possible, thank you x
