So, despite not having the full amount to cover all expenses, I couldn't turn down the offer of transport from Bulgaria to UK with a charity foster home to take Ellie in Manchester. Chances for such offers are few and far between so it would have been awful to turn down such an opportunity!

Little Angels Rescue (Bulgaria) provided the transport at cost (along with another lucky 23 doggies), and Dogs4Rescue have given Ellie a place while they look for a forever home for her. I thank them both for helping not only Ellie but also for the brilliant work they do with so many unwanted and abused dogs.

But, as the title of this update says, the fundraising campaign is not over! Just because Ellie is now on her way to a better life doesn't mean all her expenses have been covered (and in any case, if we were to raise more than needed there are other dogs here that need the help!)
