Well, it certainly has been a journey. This process is taking longer than we expected. The hearing has been set, cancelled and passed several times since January for various reasons. The new hearing date is set for June 20, 2019 at 1:30pm. It will be at 501 W. Adams Street, 505 5th Floor.

I'm not sure why the date keeps moving but I'm hopeful this one will stick. Del and I are planning to attend. Octavian continues to remain in good spirits. He has been in Jacksonville in the jail waiting for his trial for several months now. We're hopeful to end that soon.

I will keep everyone updated. Say a prayer, we need them.
