All, my apologies for the delay in providing an update. The court granted an Evidentiary Hearing! Mr. Kuritz, Octavian's attorney, will attend a hearing on 11/19 to set the date for the Evidentiary Hearing. He needs a bit of time to prepare for the hearing and won't have his entire case file until early November. We are expecting the trial date to be set for January, possibly February. As anxious as we all are to get to the hearing date, it will be critical to take the necessary time to properly prepare. There is one bite at the apple.

Things will go slow for the next few month, a lot of hurry up and wait. I will give periodic updates. We are staying in touch with Octavian through email and visits. Our next visit is November 3rd. If anyone wants to communicate with Octavian through email, just set up a JPay account and you can start emailing. Keep praying for his homecoming!
