Really good weekend for me! Reaching the final of the North Ayrshire open and losing out in a close final to my fellow team mate and doubles partner 3-1. On a personal note however, beating two experienced and top class seniors in the quarter finals and semi finals to get to the final was a big step for me. This is the first I have beaten them and they are both two players I have always looked up when growing up through the sport, so to record victories against them both was a real positive for me. One day off and then back to training for me on Monday! Preparation for India continues!
