Great South Run completed with a respectable time of 1 hour 34 mins!

Thanks to everyone that supported me, the last couple of miles were hard work - but seeing so many people around me running for such amazing causes was truly inspirational. The simple thought of the bravery that Alfie and his devoted family got me over that line!

Now I need to decide on the next challenge............!
