Post from her daddy..."Aspen has just completed the first pre-operation MRI as a CDH patient. God strengthening Aspen has allowed for doctors to see how CDH effects babies before surgery. How the lungs work, the placement of her organs, how the position of the intestines and liver effect the lungs and heart, the size and position of the hole in her diaphragm, and many other things. This is a major accomplishment. Doctors have been able to do an MRI while inside mommy and after surgery, but never had a severe CDH baby strong enough to MRI before repair surgery. Everyone's prayers have helped strengthen Aspen to make this possible. God is great! Please continue to pray for Gods will to be done. Aspen, through prayer and God, is changing lives! We are thankful God has chosen us to care for one of his warriors. Aspen Strong!"
