Update posted by Shizico Yi

Dear Donors, neighbors of Leytonstone and many of my old friends!

Thank you for getting this Leytonstone Tent fully equipped as an UN standard mini-home for these people who lost their home!

I, myself away from home from very young age, I can speak for these refugees deep down there, how much your kindness means to their broken heart! you have not only given them a practical home to stay warm , you are giving them hope in this crisis and darkness hours of their lives!.

Thank you form the bottom of my heart to make this project happened!

Our Leytonstone Tent joins other 19 tents from cities in UK ( there are also a Dutch Tent and many kind people from all over the world ) , the project is called Shelter Project aims to donate 20 tents with each city's name on them to send into the Jungle for Calais's refugees.

These 20 City-Tents will be the visual reminders to for refugees to see that they are welcome by the cities and its people!

Thank you so much for this beautiful ride! I am closing the account today and will get back to you with the follow ups including:

the receipt /proof of our donation,

the process of ordering the equipment and tents,

the delivering and set up news...!

The Shelter Project is under the operation of Clment Blain who is famously brilliant getting 20 tents setting up for people in Calais! and many more of his good deed is here to follow
