Hello all! I know everyone has been patiently waiting on a update about Brody. He is doing very well! It's amazing how much has changed and how much he is progressed in the last two weeks since he was in kitchener grand-river.
Brody is fully aware of everything that is around, he is able to speak, but still not much movement in his right side.
Brody speech as defiantly improved last that I updated he was only able to speak about 20 words. Now, he is able to say almost every word you tell him to, the only difficulty Brody has is trouble forming sentences, and saying the words he wants to In the proper order. He sometimes get confused, and it's hard for him to communicate.

Brody still does not have much movement on his right side, although it is getting stronger. He is able to stand up, and able to bend his right knee a bit. And also can sometimes lift his right leg up a little bit. Brody is learning very much right now while here and Guelph, and is on the right path to his recovery. Although after Guelph, Brody will be returning to Hamilton for another rehab program. It is crazy to see how much Brody has improved in the last two weeks since he has been here. Although Brody does get frustrated because he can't say what he wants to, and although he gets tired from physio he is still so very determined to keep pushing and going forward.

Today we went back to Hamilton, to meet with the doctors who had done Brody's surgery. We were able to get more information on what had happened to Brody.
Brody had abnormal small vessels in his brain which was the cause of the bleeding. They do not what caused the abnormal small vessels, and they said we probably will never know.
Brody will be getting the bone put back in place In the next couple of weeks! They said it could take 8-12 weeks, but nevertheless it will be out back smile emoticon
So all in all, Brody is making great progress day by day. Thank you all for reading my updates and for everyone kinds words. Keep praying ??
